- DHDennis HopperApr 18, 20261.0This Bank is totally made up of con artists I asked yes or no questions and they won't answer them that way they won't give you a yes or no they lie to you to get your personal information they get you to open account which is useless I had one request he flat out told me yes answer my question and then he got my personal information then he changed his answer the only thing I wanted was a traditional virtual card with 16 digits they won't give you that they won't tell you either they will lie to you waste waste all your time in the end you feel cheated these people are horrible do yourself a favor and pick a different bank

I provided them a copy of my marriage license, new drivers license and new social security card. I was asked if I would like a new debt card reflecting my new last name, and I told them I would. The next week I received my new debit card with my maiden name and still to this day I get mail with my maiden name. About a month ago my mother went to the Ballwin location to deposit a check. Later that day mother called me in a panic. She had gone to the bank to deposit a check with PNC and they deposited the check into my account. Now please note, my mom is not on my account and I'm not on her account. She was extremely lucky that I'm not a low life daughter and I immediately Venmo the money to her.
