    The Work family here always greet me by name, they are very attentive to what I need and do the best they can to resolve any issues I may have. We have worked through a few bumps in the road. This is on a business banking relationship. They have been very supportive. They came and supported me in my ribbon cutting/grand opening.

    Over 15 minutes calling 4 different branches to talk to a human . This bank has no clue what customer service entails
