- CCCarson5 days ago5.0Brad was great help. Good customer service. Everyone very friendly
- JWJake WilliamsSep 18, 20261.0Understaffed and VERY VERY slow. No reason it takes 45 minutes to make a deposit. On top of all of that the other reviews are correct. They do absolutely anything possible to not help. They are rude, unhelpful, and make it clear that they at all costs do not want to fulfill anything. I watched 5 customers in front of me all be turned away with normal requests. This place is a joke.
- MBMignon BiggsSep 18, 20265.0The tellers are always kind and helpful no matter the situation.
- KBKelly BurkeMay 16, 20265.0I just wanted to say that Jeremy was extremely helpful wand patient setting up new accounts this morning with my mother who isn’t great with doing these things on her own. We appreciate you
- JJJandell JonesNov 17, 20211.0This location is horrible!!! I walk in nobody greets you, the young guy at the counter didn't knowledge I was there didn't say someone will be with you shortly. I'm getting frustrated so finally some man comes from around the corner. I did a withdraw, he doesn't count my money back to me, just put it in an envelope & pushed it to me. I had to count my own money & he didn't give it to me as I requested. As I'm leaving nobody says thank you come again no nothing. I have been in several locations, I love the location in Bridgeton, trust I will never stop here ever again....horrible service
