    Always understaffed....and can never take care of customer needs. Will only return to this location to speak to the branch manager and close my account. Avoid this location

    I have banked at PNC for over 10 years. I have a checking and savings account as well as a mortgage with them. They were rude and wouldn't even let me use the bathroom, I will reconsider my business with PNC going forward.
