My payments don't get reported right, like I have owed $9700 on my car since October and nothing has been reported to my credit since and I pay $450 to $500 a month minimum on a $428 a month payment. It's now the middle of January. I go here during open hours and the doors are locked and the people working just stare. I paid my car in full to get it accurately put on my credit and asked for a detailed payment history and they gave me a piece of paper that shows my last 2 payments and that I owe $0. I will never use this place for a loan again, absolutely not worth the frustration and incompetence of this company to not accurately report payments and employees to just flat out close the lobby early when you as their customer need to get things done and plan around their lobby hours
