- JLJean LundJul 27, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with Blaze Bank’s handling of a fraudulent charge on my checking account. There was an obvious duplicate charge for $186. I called the phone number associated with the charge, but, not surprisingly, no one answered. When I contacted Blaze Bank, I expected them to help resolve what was clearly a fraudulent or duplicate transaction. Instead, I was told they would not refund the charge unless I was able to contact the merchant myself. How am I supposed to do that when the business doesn’t answer the phone? I expected my bank to protect its customers from fraudulent transactions, not put the burden entirely on me. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in Blaze Bank. I do not recommend banking here, and I will be closing my account. The customer service representative I spoke to needs serious training.
