This person colluded with the Appraiser to lower valuation of our portfolio - our hard earned money ! They have absolutely no value to timeliness, sincerity, written word, ethics and relationship. All what this bank cares is how they can squeeze their customers to extract more and more. They don't realize that a lemon when squeezed too hard starts yielding bitter juice ! Our advice in one line - FIND ANOTHER BANK !

Their bankers are not the brightest and can never answer your questions or resolve any problem you have with them which there is many issues you will have if you bank with them.
