- EWElizabeth WNov 21, 20235.0Our experience with United Prairie in Waseca has been overall, positive. We have been banking with them since 2007 and they’ve always gone above and beyond in customer service. Recently they really shined more than ever and it’s something I can’t thank them for enough. The people in Waseca who represent United Prairie really care about the customers and they go the extra mile for them. Larger banks (no disrespect) do not look out for their customers like United Prairie does in my experiences. Diana, in particular, (but everyone there is wonderful!) is a prime example of an person who goes out of her way to be helpful, professional and provide the best customer service possible to customers. It’s truly heartwarming to know that I’m a valued customer and I would not bank anywhere else at this point. Thank you United Prairie employees!!!

- NLNancy LyonsAug 26, 20191.0I had an unauthorized charge made to my account and talked to the bank about Friday when the manager wasn't in the lady I spoke with said to call the company and get the money refunded to get the overdraft fee waved... I did just that. I called back Monday and explained the situation and they said it was my fault even though it was an unauthorized charges and refused to help I have never been so disappointed in a bank in my life especially after I called the company that made the unathurized charge to begin with. This bank is all about taking money even when it wasn't your fault! I'll be closing my account with them and going somewhere that cares
