Called them 2 weeks before the mature date, I asked them what's the new rates are since rates have risen drastically since Dec. They gave me the APY but not the interest rate, tye person i spoke with was very rude and really did t want to help me. Ill be pulling my 75,000 CD out.they dont deserve my business.most banks have this online and is transparent, stay awzy..

They always go above and beyond what alot of banks would not do for there customers ! They have helped me in so many different ways and this is why I stay with United Prairie Bank !
