Love Banking with BLAZE in Waseca. They actually gave me I believe $250.00 for opening my account (Who does that?) Very friendly and intelligent people working there in all positions. They can help and show you what you need to do and not do to get you where you’re going or want to be. To top it off they’ve got couple of real Hotties working there also! No complaints here!

I wouldn't call Blaze *awful* but...they're definitely not my favorite Credit Union to go to. I am sort of "locked in" though, as MY credit union is out of state, making it impossible for me to go elsewhere unless I want to drive twice to three times as far.
I've had a few interactions with this Credit Union in the past, and the general review is that if you value your time, you'll want to make sure you WALK IN. Doing any sort of transaction through the drive through takes at least twice as long, as they just don't prioritize you like they do inside. Deposits go quickly as long as you have all the information they need, but withdrawals are AWFUL even though they're technically a Co-Op Credit Union participant. They cap you on how much you're allowed to withdraw (this is a Blaze/SPIRE thing, not a national Co-Op participant thing). This makes doing business with Blaze pretty bad. The most recent experience I had with them, which is why I'm writing this review, they deposited my funds, but they weren't available immediately for whatever reason, and I've NEVER had a CASH > Account transaction be in a pending status... Ever.
Overall, they aren't the worst place to go to, but the overwhelming issues I've experienced with them, and them being the closest Credit Union that participates in the Co-Op with MY CU... I wouldn't advise you doing your business with them long term, if you can avoid it.
Lastly, I've had several "managerial" interactions with this location, and they just don't seem to understand that being in the Co-Op carries some level of expectation, and they just simply refuse to do anything "above and beyond" their own in-house defined policy.
If I could give Blaze a zero star, I probably would. Just because I'm not a member, doesn't mean you get to talk down to me. And if you do that to me, I can only imagine you do that to your own customers. I'm grateful you're available to handle my transactions when I (ever so rarely) decide to visit your establishment, but I seriously ponder how you're still in business when your level of customer service, both in teller and management are lacking significantly.
EDIT (same day): They asked me to reach out to them and then evidently deleted the comment(?) after posting it. I just don't feel like providing constructive feedback in person time-and-time again, just for it to be ignored. Feign interest in constructive feedback is along the same lines as lying in my book. Words without action are just disrespectful as a business.
EDIT (next day): It appears Google has been having response issues; it finally appeared after a few hours.
RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience using the Co-Op network through Blaze Credit Union. Would you please share your preferred contact information with us at feedback@blazecu.com? We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to learn more about your experience. Thank you.

Been with yall almost 2 years, constantly have to keep an eye on the BANKS/ (loan) activity with my account. Treated poorly, always greeted by rude people (melody I believe) zero help on the phone, and today was hung up on.

Tried to get a loan to start a new beginning and move my banking to new credit union and get denied.
When I went in to talk to the lady about banking wasn’t real friendly.
