- KVKao Vuetoday2.0I was helping my parents refinancing their home. Our MLO was seen as apathetic and aloof towards my parents. My first initial thought was she was probably tired and direct, so I didn’t think too much about it since mortgage work is often overwhelming work. However, my parents would often explain to me that she came off as rude every time they call her. I thought my parents were just exaggerating because we got a rate that they did not like. When I called her, first time it was direct. But calls in the future afterwards, they became more dismissive and “check email for more information” type of calls. I felt discouraged since I’ve always been more cautious when it comes to commitments like these. Anyways, the bank looks nice. Feels modern. But if the workers are seen as callous or apathetic, the bank, no matter how new or modern, makes the place feel uninviting.

- LJLaura JensenAug 25, 20261.0I would recommend any other Credit Union besides Blaze. After being a customer for 5years I have had all my accounts closed out of nowhere without any notice. This is due to a fraud balance from HFC from 2000. I advised I can provide a police report from when the fraud happened and was told by numerous individuals that there is nothing I can do. I either pay the balance from the fraud or they will no longer do business with me. Mind you I have a checking, savings and business account with Blaze. I am taking my business elsewhere. I have never been treated so unfairly from a financial institution. Sad this is what happens when the business becomes bigger than itself, this would have never happened when the bank was still Spire.
