- CDChigirl DMay 19, 20265.0I've been a Blaze CU customer for over a decade when they were formally known as Hiway. This review is specifically for the Fraud dept. I was sent a fraud alert message on May 3rd. Apparently, there were unauthorized charges on my debit card. The following day, I contacted the fraud department for assistance. The young lady helped me with the fraud claim and sent a new debit card in the mail. Two days later, I received my new debit card. I was highly impressed and wanted to show praise to the fraudulent department for performing an outstanding job! Kudos to the young lady I spoke with on Monday, May 4th around 9am. Oftentimes, when people write reviews it's normally negative but I'm happy to be a long-term customer that chose to highlight outstanding customer service.
