  The ladies in the front were SO helpful and kind! Had an odd request. They never gave any information they shouldn’t, did all the work(and FAST) and were so pleasantly to work with!!! Wish I lived closer to use this specific Blaze!!!

The customer service has been outstanding, which is why I decided to bring in my two daughters to open accounts as well.   This is one of the best bank locations I’ve ever visited. The customer service is outstanding, from the tellers to the personal banker and the management team. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help. My experience has been a 10 out of 10 every visit, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Mickek, thank you for always being kind, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. You consistently provide outstanding service, and it never goes unnoticed. Denise, thank you for being an excellent personal banker. You take the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and always provide honest, professional, and caring service. Tay, thank you for your outstanding leadership as Branch Manager. Your patience, honesty, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service are reflected throughout the entire branch. Out of all the bank locations I have visited, the Saint Michael branch is by far the best. The three of you demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for your customers every time I come in.
