- GCGladys ColemanSep 2, 20261.0Worst bank ever. Never get a mortgage from them. 6 months in a row trying to charge me late fee even though not late. Mortgage department tries to gaslight you and say it's all your fault and don't want to fix anything. Recently started refinancing to another bank found out 3 year cib never once reported any of my payments to credit bureaus. I called President of bank left message for him to call back on this matter wanting to know why payments were never reported. This bank and management is soo pathetic. Been 2 weeks and no one still hasn't called me on this matter. Stay away and run fast. Again a pathetic organization
- JCJ CaseAug 29, 20261.0Their app is terrible- I keep getting a combination of "the amont you entered did not match the amount detected..." and "Mitek processing error" when I go to deposit checks. It's Saturday. I need to deposit these checks today but I'm not being allowed to. I've followed all directions. I've changed backgrounds and lighting. The checks are written clearly. Other checks are depositing just fine. Fix the app- I'm sick of this. Not the first time I've had issues.

- EEElla EngelsJun 9, 20261.0Duvallis (not sure how to spell her name) customer service rep, had a bad attitude for the very brief phone call we shared today. I didn’t appreciate her attitude and when I called her out on it she didn’t apologize but she transferred me to a banker who could answer my question. The banker didn’t answer, I called back, talked to her again and suddenly she acted like the question she couldn’t help me with 1 minute ago was now obvious and gave me a direct answer. I hope she’s telling me the truth so that I don’t have any problems tomorrow when I drive 5 hours to close my account. I’ve worked customer service for years, so I try to be very clear, kind, and respectful to the ones helping me. She may be having a bad day, but don’t try and make me feel stupid after I was kind.
