- JPJoel PoualeuDec 16, 20251.0Poor customer service. Poor communication. Had to close on a loan with them. They waiting till the closing time to tell me they cannot close. Tried to inquire from the manager why they waited so long and the response was that she too did not know why. They alleged their decision is based on some documents which I provided, some of the said documents where never requested hence was never provided. Unprofessional and Very unreliable. I dont mind being denied a loan - just don't wait till 4+ weeks later and loan closing time to inform me. Don't trust them if you have a time sensitive transaction.
