However on 4/10/26, I was talking with a teller and another client started swearing at me. This of coarse this was reported to the CEO. Will be banking at another branch, as a warning letter was sent to client. I look at the experience as being a 0 Tolerance issue. 4/16/26 After checking out reviews on other branches, there is a consistent - lack of Customer Service reviews. This beginning with the merge that took place in 2024/5. I had a concern that bigger is never better....it simply causes more challenges. I hope I can find a branch that has good Customer Service, otherwise, I have no choice, but to walk differently.
