  I never believe in banks my whole life,until 5 years ago, Blaze is the place. They are on it when the Uber driver stold my card number, and had A great time spending my money. But, blaze was on top of thier game, and got this mean people,,Thank You Blaze ....sincerely Roxy

  I had a appointment on 3/27/26 with (Yeimi) expecting to get some financial advice about an able account(I Know Blaze Do Not Have Able accounts) just need some advice for my minor disabled son and wanted to open a account for him but that didn't happen either 🙃 She didn't give me much advice told me she wasn't a financial advisor which throwed me off she made that whole appointment weird and uncomfortable made me forget everything I came in there for smh then my fiance wanted to open a account she told him she couldn't and to make a appointment to get a account setup like what are you here for because You didn't do anything for me and now you can't setup a account for him🤔 he said I never went to a bank that denied me of opening a account 🤔then she kept nagging about her next visit ummm my visit was for 1 hour and took less time because she didn't know what i was talking about and acted confused I won't be coming back to this blaze that was weird as hell I don't know if she was being weird because I was black my son was black and his dad is white or what lol but we won't be back 🤷🏾‍♀️ Do better 🤦🏾‍♀️

  I have had many experiences where I have tried calling the service center to talk to someone, only to be on hold for over 30 minutes. You should have a call back option at least. Also, they treat customers with bad credit very poorly. Instead of helping them, they ridicule them. Personally I am just moving on and banking somewhere else.

  Mariah helped me get a car loan and I was approved and in my new vehicle in less than 24 hours and I never had to go into a branch! She made it such a smooth and simple process and was so quick to reply to me in emails. I had never bought a car this way before, I always went through a car dealership, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you for all your help, Mariah!
