  I had a appointment on 3/27/26 with (Yeimi) expecting to get some financial advice about an able account(I Know Blaze Do Not Have Able accounts) just need some advice for my minor disabled son and wanted to open a account for him but that didn't happen either 🙃 She didn't give me much advice told me she wasn't a financial advisor which throwed me off she made that whole appointment weird and uncomfortable made me forget everything I came in there for smh then my fiance wanted to open a account she told him she couldn't and to make a appointment to get a account setup like what are you here for because You didn't do anything for me and now you can't setup a account for him🤔 he said I never went to a bank that denied me of opening a account 🤔then she kept nagging about her next visit ummm my visit was for 1 hour and took less time because she didn't know what i was talking about and acted confused I won't be coming back to this blaze that was weird as hell I don't know if she was being weird because I was black my son was black and his dad is white or what lol but we won't be back 🤷🏾‍♀️ Do better 🤦🏾‍♀️

  Do not go to this "branch". There are no tellers in the lobby or in the drive through. You will sit and wait and get no acknowledgement from anyone that are working in their cubicles. You can watch the employees come and go out of their cubicles while servicing no in store customers and completing averting any eye contact to even acknowledge your presence. Go to the ATM to deposit your check? Deposit your check online? That's one heck of a pair of ideas. I've been told on numerous occasions by staff at Spire (now Blaze) that the ATMs and online checking systems are unreliable and shouldn't be trusted. There is a Wells Fargo across the street that has seemed to solve this problem. Also, forget about competitive rates from a "local" bank/credit union. Dan Stoltz is full of it and his truck is for nerds! This branch solely will have me taking my business and personal banking elsewhere. Do not recommend!

  Mariah helped me get a car loan and I was approved and in my new vehicle in less than 24 hours and I never had to go into a branch! She made it such a smooth and simple process and was so quick to reply to me in emails. I had never bought a car this way before, I always went through a car dealership, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you for all your help, Mariah!

  I'm a new loan customer. I wish I had never accepted a loan from this company. Their online systems are broken, it just says loading accounts and never actually completes (their staff confirmed it's broken). Their phone systems are overwhelmed and after two times waiting 20 minutes just to be hung up on automatically, I had to drive half an hour to this location. Now I find that the location has double charged me for my loan payment so I have to go back...
