  I attempted to contact the foreclosure department and was disappointed with the experience. After being placed on hold for approximately five minutes, I was connected with the foreclosure manager, who did not introduce himself. I was given only a brief opportunity to explain the reason for my call before the call was abruptly disconnected. For an organization that promotes a community-focused, small-town approach to customer service, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and courtesy. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling that my time and concerns were not valued as a customer.
