Went in to do a deposit and needed to do a cash advance off other bank card because their ATM was not working and teller asked me to come back Monday cause he was not sure how to process. I also couldn’t get logged into online banking and was told I need to call customer service to get assistance. I closed my account and they charged me$10.00 to do so.

- JLjimesha lewisJul 30, 20211.0Bad customer service they don’t care about their customers they charge for every single thing their balance report is slow , ATMs are slow online banking app works when it wants to, The bankers are rude at the window , you call customer service they’re rude all around BAD customer service I’ve been with them since I was 15 I’m 25 now and nothing has changed except for the look of the card, very rude slow and outdated company, i’m so happy I’m finally moving on
