Stood in a long line, only 2 tellers working the counter, just to be told we had to make an appt and they had no appts available. Yet, 3 people sitting in offices doing NOTHING! You lost our business. Went to another institution to open the account. As large as your facility is and you cant help people the same day. You need to do better.

I am unable to walk or stand for very long. Today I went into the building (usually use drive thru). Megan was very helpful, I was able to sit in a comfortable chair while she generated a new debit card. Then she brought the card and all the info to me. What a nice, courteous, knowledgable, and helpful employee. Great staff in Princeton.
