- DGDemian GauthierSep 9, 20241.0I was in rut with not having quarters to finish my laundry. I figured I’ll just go to the bank and get some quarters with a $20 bill. As soon as I walk in I’m not welcomed by the staff. I have to wait about 15 seconds before the two desk guys even acknowledge my presence. Then I politely ask to exchange my cash for quarters. One of the front desk men immediately asked if I was a member of this bank. I’m not so I responded accordingly. I was then told that I can’t exchange my cash for quarters because I’m not a banker at this bank. Which is just absolutely absurd to me because I am literally exchanging cash for change. This experience has resulted in a very bad experience for me and I will never be banking here or recommending to either. I thought this city had better standards…
