- BJBob Johnston3 days ago1.0Tellers and front office people are fantastic people! They are always very friendly and helpful. I can’t say the same about other personnel. They threatened a 79 year old man who confused his accounts and wound up with several overdrafts on the accounts. No empathy, no reaching out to see if there was a problem. No, just threaten an old man with closing all his accounts. This has saddened me so very much. I loved Twin City and Spire. Maybe I should just go back to postal money orders.
