- KSKimberly SwensonDec 11, 20232.0I went to the Milaca Branch to just talk to someone about IRA rates. Of course there was no one to be seen except for the teller who was with a customer. When the customer was done, I was standing there and the teller walked away, as though she didn't see me. She went into the back where there was at least 2 other employees and when she came back out about 5 minutes later, the teller asked how she could help. Well, already irritated listening to them laughing while I was waiting, I said I wanted to talk to someone about IRA rates. So the teller yells to someone in the back if she had time and she said is that my 1 o'clock? Ummm well it was 1:20 and the teller said no and the person in the back said that I needed to make an appointment. But they could get me in at 2. What? Clearly they don't want me put my retirement in their bank. I felt customer service definitely was lacking the day I went. Guess I will keep my accounts elsewhere. I was trying to get my accounts local. This has definitely changed my mind.
