- KBKayla BluntAug 12, 20261.0Unreal. I went to refinance a $2,500 predatory loan with a 35.51% interest rate, as a member of this CU. I was declined, with an $87,000+ income and less than 40% debt to income ratio with all the proofs. That is NOT a financial institution that in any way shape or form gives a crap about it’s own member. The banker actually was smiling and laughing to which I was shaking upset. I literally have a check in the mail that can cover this stupid loan, and I don’t NEED Blaze to refinance it, I can wait a couple more days and just pay it.. and now my credit has a hard hit too. What a joke. I can’t wait to close my accounts with them. To your response - Absolutly NOT. You literally have ALL of my information, and you know it. YOU can escalate it and notify your management. I, however, am already refinanced with another Credit Union. So, you lost my checking, savings, and potential loans and child savings accounts. I am looking forward to sharing what happened with my family who also has multiple accounts worth closing with you as well. You should be ashamed of yourself for even replying something so dumb. You could have called me. Your terrible employee should have went to his manager and told them what happened and they could have called and talked about other options.

- BBBaileyFeb 22, 20185.0I love spire so much. I had an auto loan with them but a checking and savings at TCF. I switched completely and now do all my banking with spire. The atmosphere is so different from a traditional bank, the customer service is way better than tcf or other banks, and the ease of use is so much better too. I love this credit union and I'll never go back to a "bank"
