  If I could put a zero I would the lady there today gave lazy like she didn't even want to do her job first I called ahead of time around 1:00pm asked her if we could or had time to come up there she told us yes just for us to come there and her to act like she didn't have the time or want to do her job I think she felt our frustration and decided to give our luxury vehicle a point 3 and told us we weren't approved which was crazy to me because everything lined up will not recommend
