It makes it impossible to get deposit or to see what checks have cleared my husband and I are extremely frustrated. My husband has had an account since 1991. I had made it to work, with a voicemail stating one of the workers at the bank lived near my place of work, and actually brought me my debit card to my job so I didn't have to go back and pick it up! AMAZING customer service.
