- CCConnerNov 1, 20241.0My experience with citizens bank has been terrible from the start. Unjustified fees were taken from my account. Customer service is terrible—I had multiple times no one even answered the phone. Even when I did get ahold of someone they were not very helpful. Staffing seems to be poor. Transfers take longer than they should. Just an overall awful company. Reply to business owner: You did not seem to care about my experience when I closed the account(you were the one I talked to). Why would I discuss this further when you all pushed me to the point of closing the account?
