Had a rough patch at the end of winter brought a check-in to have put in my account. They closed my account paid what I owed and then tell me I can only open a savings account with no checking account or card for six months. It doesn’t really sound like you care about your people. Of course, the tellers are amazing. Nothing wrong with them at all, but this is probably the most unfair policy they could come Up with

They had screwed up so many things and caused a major nightmare for me. My three adult kids and I plan on going in together and withdrawing our thousands of dollars saved in money markets, cds and checking accounts and going to Trustone. I’ve had a small account through Trustone for 5 years and they’re much more reliable with your money. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is the girl who reissued my last debit card was friendly. The girl I worked with before her, however, to take care of issues was one of the major screw ups, she ultimately costed me over $100 in my other accounts for canceling the wrong debit and all my auto payments charging fees when they didn’t go through. Frankly shouldn’t be managing money.
