Girls at the counter have no idea what they are doing!!! Sit and stare at computer for 5 minutes and then say I’ll have to ask my manager!!! Clueless!!! And after everything said and done then she says oh there’s a fee for that!! Imagine that!!! A fee for your stupidity!! Never to return!!!

Had a rough patch at the end of winter brought a check-in to have put in my account. They closed my account paid what I owed and then tell me I can only open a savings account with no checking account or card for six months. It doesn’t really sound like you care about your people. Of course, the tellers are amazing. Nothing wrong with them at all, but this is probably the most unfair policy they could come Up with
