  The merger has caused so many headaches with both my business and personal accounts. I frequently need to make multiple trips to get a problem solved because I get told to talk to the online chat, who then tell me I need to go in to a branch. Very frustrating every time.

  Visited this location for the first time this weekend. Being a new customer, I was very impressed by the customer service and the tellers is going out of their way to help me find a solution to my banking needs.

  My wife and contacted Blaze to look into what they had to offer. Went to the Eden Prairie branch. Ryan was our contact. He explained everything to us, gave us tips and helped with what we wanted to accomplish. He is a very friendly, energetic person. It was great meeting him. And Julie Lee is out other contact. She has been top notch answering our questions and handling things for us.

  2-27-2026 Had set up an online appointment with Bryan for 11 am meeting today in EP. Arrived early to a very busy lobby and when it was my turn to go to the window “oh, Bryan is not here today!” Yet I never received a message that he could not make it. But, Tim to the rescue to open an account. In my opinion WAY too many financial questions for setting up an CD account. If this had been a date and had been asked this many questions of the others personal finance, they would have WALKED. Bank account setup and home to set online account, thinking all I needed to do was to enter my account number, email, cell to get text etc…. 90 minutes later of trying to do it online I sent Tim an email that went to Mariah. Mariah is a ROCKSTAR out of Roseville. With a few things on the back end, a link sent and I was up in running in under 5 minutes! Thank you Mariah! 5 stars! Tyler did a follow up call a few days later to just chat, 5 stars. Always nice to hear different points of views and listening to a customer’s experience. While I can understand the “why” so many questions on personal finances, PERHAPS it’s softer to ask a direct question, would you be open to a financial review……etc. customer may say yes or NOT today.
