- PWPaige Wipson4 days ago3.0usually i like blaze credit union but currently i am being ghosted by member services after being scammed out of like $1000. The fraud dpt kept telling me to email member services and so i did and it’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t responded. I’ve sent them so many emails begging them to help me and no one will respond so now I’m leaving this review as my final effort because I’m desperate.

- ABAble BakerAug 14, 20261.0This location has terrible service. Wait times of 15 to 20 minutes at the drive-thru are now the norm not the exception. some of the staff are rude and downright argumentative. The service here is bad enough that I am considering switching banks.

She handled the entire process with profound empathy, patience, and complete professional expertise. Seeing a manager lead by example with this level of genuine care makes all the difference. I couldn't be more grateful for her help and cannot recommend Jazeya and the team at this branch highly enough.
