- J1JN 100Nov 18, 20251.0I hate to say, but this company is showing racial discrimination. Jessica Penten, Supervisor of Emma Prodoehl-- Called last week and apologized for Emmas wrong doings. She even seemed sympathetic and promised a call back with a final decision. Each call is recorded. I received a call this morning, but Jessica completely went back on her word. She instead tried to send me to a total new department. No one seems to be addressing all of the broken policies and lack of professionalism. My life is affected forever because of these employees and their mistakes. Terrible representation of the Enterprise name. I have reached out to the Better Busisness Bureau. Each call is recorded. I am awaiting a call back from Jessica (next week). Instead of trying to make things right, they are dragging a stressful situation out even longer. It's been 5 months. The Risk Specialist department is full of rude employees. This is the Enterprise policy. Emily, Emma Prodoehl, Joseph Ceaser, and Jessica Penten have knowingly broken EVERY POLICY LISTED. They have stolen all of my options and have now affected my life FOREVER. I have reached out to every corporate email that I can find, and even reported this to the Better Busisness Bureau. I truly believe this is a matter of discrimination. I have recorded calls and emails. I was told from Chase Wood (supervisor) that they are allowed to handle each claim to discretion. I rent from enterprise everyday of the year. I have never had any issues with their cars and I have never been in an accident in my life.
