  As a Chief Human Resources Officer with more than a decade of experience evaluating talent, leadership potential, and employee performance, I rarely encounter customer service professionals who leave such a strong impression as Gabby at Blaze Credit Union in Eagan, MN. Gabby assisted me with online banking inquiries and provided a level of service that exceeded every expectation. Not only did she expertly resolve each of my concerns, but she consistently anticipated questions and needs before I even had the opportunity to raise them. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, kind and energetic demeanor and deep institutional knowledge was absolutely remarkable. Therefore without hesitancy I wanted to take the time to give credit where it's due - to Gabby! Exceptional employees are easy to recognize when you've spent years building and leading teams, and Gabby is unquestionably one of them.   Banked with Blaze for over 25 years. Worst lobby entrance I've ever seen. The entrance path had restricted access as the waiting line backed out the door with customers trying to walk through the line to exit the lobby. The change machine on the backside of the walled seating area needs to move. There was a small half round table that served no purpose on the other side of the lobby. Move the change machine to the area with the small half round would be a small start. Otherwise move the seating area to that side and have the exit along the windows to reduce the in-out conflict.
