  Never enough people staffed and it takes forever in the drive thru to do anything, especially around 3pm to 5pm. It’s disappointing.

  Hate to do this but they lost a customer and a business customer yesterday because they don't care. Brett brushed me off after I made an hour appointment with him yesterday, then I get there he said I have a half hour and instead of waiting 2 minutes for me to complete something online, he pushed me to leave and book an appointment for the next day. Well, I had money I needed to deposit and get the account open. Long story short. I completed said task in 2 minutes and instead of opening at blaze, I now had to run around to find another bank to help me. Even went to a second blaze and they pushed me away. Blaze was like this a few yrs ago when I opened a different bank account for the first time so since it's a trend, it deserves a review. Besides being local, there's no real benefit to banking here. Capital one has better interest rates on savings and clearly customer service in person isnt a priority which is why as of yesterday I have a business account elsewhere. I will be shutting this account down relatively soon.

  Maria Benitez was incredibly friendly and helpful for me on three occasions. She set up bill pay (including entering the payees), arranged for my husband's social security payments go directly to Blaze, and answered MANY questions. I give her 5 stars for friendliness, knowledge, and patience ✨️
