  Maria Benitez was incredibly friendly and helpful for me on three occasions. She set up bill pay (including entering the payees), arranged for my husband's social security payments go directly to Blaze, and answered MANY questions. I give her 5 stars for friendliness, knowledge, and patience ✨️

  I opened a business account one year ago through Blaze. In that one year I have had more fraudulent activity than I have ever had with any other bank or credit union my entire life. Over 7,000 dollars declined/caught by Blaze but 363 dollars made it through and was stolen from my debit card. They won't refund the 363 dollars of fraud. I'm closing my account I don't feel safe with this place. My entire family is closing there accounts also.

  I have been a credit union member for many years, and when Blaze took over my previous one, it was seamless and pleasant. I have had great experiences will all staff throughout the years, but I have to give a special compliment to Kelsey in the loan department. She has jumped through hoops to help me out and make my dream come true of buying my first vehicle solo since the loss of my husband. Very thoughtful, compassionate, and I can tell she truly enjoys what she is able to do for her clients.
