- TRTeri Radtke2 days ago5.0We switched from a bank to the local credit union many years ago after repeatedly being treated like a number and not a valuable customer... we've never went back.We know our credit union is a phone call away and we've always been treated respectfully.Cindy in Embarrass and Jamie in Aurora are incredible loan officers who have worked hard and fast to help us with what we need.They are understanding and professional.We've encouraged our kids and other family members to switch to the credit union because they won't believe the difference in how your treated when you become part owner in the co-op.Management has done a great job in emphasizing customer service in a time when it's lacking in many places.I love my credit union and the people who work there and I'm very thankful for it's help through the years.
