  Been a loyal customer for over 5 years but service has become inflexible and their best staff have moved on. the existing staff are unhelpful and lack empathy. over the years, i've had to deal with Viking's slow processing time for everything like mobile deposit or even getting a new card but never really mind because i want to support small town banks but the excessive processing/penalty fees are become agressive and staff unwilling to help even if the problem is their own system effiency. Viking Bank is a perfect example of why small town banks are dying, they are outdated and inefficient, they are unwilling to change even with how fast technology is improving. i know for sure i will find somewhere else to bank with because i can't tolerate their fees, slowness and attitude any longer.

  Kelsey Bitzan was great to work with, she went above and beyond to help us come up with creative ways to consolidate payments. I would recommend Kelsey for anyone that is look at wanting to save money. Kelsey answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. The process that we worked with Kelsey on was very smooth and we left very happy.

  I'm a life long resident of Alexandria and found Viking Bank to be the best hometown bank in the area! Greg S. has been awesome to work with and I've moved all of my commercial loans to Viking Bank. Doing business here is always a pleasure and the low fees are unheard of these days. I highly recommend Viking Bank to anyone looking for a classy bank with all of the modern banking technology.
