  Ok still love my PNC Bank been a member since the 1990, everyone is still very nice and respectful when I come in there to talk about anything from bank cards to Mortgages whatever I need, they even call me sometimes, and ask me if they could help or if I need anything, so nice I just love that, I will never change banks unless they close down for good ,give them a call for all your personal needs .Wayne,MI .Thanks for being a great Bank I can trust.

  Worst bank I’ve ever seen. If you’re dumb enough to open up an account with them, do not be surprised when all of a sudden you’re charged in mysterious charges and overdrawn even though you have an account that is not supposed to be allowed to be overdrawn. This is a scam bank when you go in there to try to find out what happened. They’ll just tell you oh it was over the weekend and everything pending came out Monday when he tried to explain on Monday your account was perfectly fine Tuesday. It was perfectly fine Wednesday. It wasn’t. They’ll just say yeah that’s the way it works. Go to Chase Bank way better.

  My mother died a few months ago and PNC wouldn't accept the check that was sent from MetLife for her estate, and on top of that they put a hold on my account and said it would be closed unless I got a written letter from the branch manager of the issuing bank. Needless to say, after 19 years of banking with PNC I will be advising everyone to avoid them.
