For a bank that wants to "build relationships" you'd think they'd want to be nicer and far, far more accommodating to potential members but that just doesn't seem to be the case with these lousy PNC banks. Maybe treat me well and make me feel like Im welcome instead of treating me like I stepped on your new shoes or something? I gotta say, for a bank looking to "build relationships" treating people like an unwanted nuisance is NOT the way to do that. Even children know this yet "professional" "adults" do not. Sad. To anyone who may read this, take your money elsewhere.

- I3Ivan the terrible part 3May 16, 20261.0I had an emergency and I needed to get a cash advance. I just got a Credit card and went in there to get a cash advance. An older woman with glasses waited on me and immediately told me they can't do cash advantage of credit cards which I knew was a lie and all of a sudden another lady jumped in and told me to go to the ATM I explained to her I can't go to the ATM because I don't have a pin yet. It's a new credit card. I found it odd that another lady jumped in on the conversation. I feel like they were judging me because of what I look like. So then I went to fifth third and they did it no problem. I will be telling all my relatives to not go there little do they know I have family that goes and spends a lot of money. I'm gonna tell them what happened and I think I felt completely judging and humiliated when I left PNC.
