- JOJoe OnopaMar 31, 20261.0Worst bank I recommend no 1 go to this bank I'm pretty sure there systems are compromised my mother was scammed they new her debit number last transaction etc they pretended they were the fraud department then when I bring it to there attention the manager tryed arguing with me I also had to do there job they put my mother's account on hold then when we asked to get it off hold so we can take all her money and close her account since we don't trust them no more they couldn't get a hold of the person to get the hold off so I got on the phone it took me 10 mins to do there job and get my mom's account off hold this bank is stealing from customers everyone I talked to had been screwed over that use to go there they know there customers info was hacked and denies everything ridiculous so if your smart go across the street to Huntington bank or somewhere else
