  Their ATM can't handle small deposits either wont take it or part of it. Need to cash a large cashers check from another reputable bank? Got to wait a week and a half And hot off the press, someone in my household got a mysterious $5 fee. Turns out new policy, If no direct deposits there is a $10/mn fee and if you have e-statments the fee is $5/mn. App is slow and sluggish Early pay never worked but a week or two the whole time I was there Customer Service via phone is useless

  This bank just transitioned to a new bank and closed online banking for 3 days. I tried calling to see if a customer service rep could tell me what is in my account and after calling 5 time to try and get through to someone because I had to keep trying different option before the automated robot finally transferred me I was told they can’t even access my account. Absolutely ridiculous that it was so hard to get through to someone. I definitely recommend not using this bank if you like calling and speaking to a real human over a dumb robot.

  This Flagstar branch is one of the best branches I had ever visited. Everyone there was super friendly, and they all had a smile on their faces. Delon was exceptionally an outstanding, helpful, and genuine person who was so happy to assist me and guide me in making the right decisions. I would recommend this branch, and Delon, especially for anyone who is trying to visit this location and open a new account there. Best Regards.
