  Alex is absolutely the best person you could possibly deal with. He almost did the impossible to resolve the problem that occurred on my accounts. Great management. Great staff.

  Their ATM can't handle small deposits either wont take it or part of it. Need to cash a large cashers check from another reputable bank? Got to wait a week and a half And hot off the press, someone in my household got a mysterious $5 fee. Turns out new policy, If no direct deposits there is a $10/mn fee and if you have e-statments the fee is $5/mn. App is slow and sluggish Early pay never worked but a week or two the whole time I was there Customer Service via phone is useless
