When I call Flagstar they tell me we will file a dispute and it takes 10-45 days to get my money back. Honestly, this bank doesn't even deserve one star.

Friendly people who take care of you, and you really get the impression they are on your side. I do my small business banking with this branch, and i have never had any problems with them, and at times i have even been surprised at how much they actually could do for me. Banking can at times be frustrating, and this is the place to go to keep that at a minimum. Thank you Dawn and everyone at the branch.
