- AGArnold GreenSep 24, 20211.0Just pulled into the parking lot here on Fri Sept. 24th at 5:58, just turned 5:59 when I pulled into the drive thru to make my deposit. Drive thru was closed, people inside, but no one to take my deposit. The lady walking away from the computer saw me but proceeded to shut everything down anyways. I realize it's a minute until close but I've honestly never had this happen at any other branch I've gone too. I've pulled up right at 6PM on a friday dozens of times and sometimes a minute later and they are always there ready to help me. That minute is going to cost me a late fee on a bill now. Really disappointed with this branch and this bank in general.
