  Edit: Found the card, it was Dawn :) I want to give a shout out to the lady who’s name I think started with a “T”. She helped a me few weeks ago when I was on the verge of a “break down” as I was in the middle of purchasing a home & had to go to the bank because the app would not allow what was needed to be done. THANKK YOU for guiding me & getting me what I needed. You were of great help at a very stressful time in my life!

  Galib is an excellent teller at PNC Bank. He was polite, professional, and very efficient. He handled my transaction smoothly and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. Great customer service! PNC is lucky to have someone like him at this branch.
