- PTPam TrigilioMar 17, 20265.0Jon G. @ this branch was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate when we reached out to address an issue regarding a family member's account being compromised while recovering from serious medical issues. We had tried to resolve the issues via the call center but we had not made much progress so we decided to reach out to a branch and meet with someone in person. We couldn't have gotten luckier to get an appointment with Jon. He listened patiently to the details of what happened and them immediately took action to ensure accounts were secure. He also reached out to the appropriate departments to ensure the investigation was moving forward. He also advised us on additional steps we could take at home to address security issues beyond the bank's scope. We left feeling like a huge weight was lifted! Thank you again to Jon for being such a blessing for us during this stressful time!!

This is after having to bring her up with documentation to prove it's her. Thanks for nearly cost her rent, PNC!

We had a charge we wanted to dispute, the bank rep filed it as fraud, which it was not, it was dispute due to cancelling a membership. Because of this, the dispute was not resolved and account got over drawn over Memorial Day weekend because they revered the provisional credit. This was a mistake made by this branch, and the manager refused to assist. In fact after we talked to her the first time, she took off and we couldn't find her later when another topic came up. JUST AVOID THIS BRANCH! Save yourself some headaches.
