    The staff is very friendly. The only weird thing is that they do not have a money counting machine at the counters where they count the cash in front of you. They take the money into a back room to which could be a sore point for some people especially if there are discrepancies. The account website and app leaves much to be desired.

    Michelle and Alliance CCU have been magnificent throughout our years with the branch. However, today Michelle went above and beyond assisting us with a very serious issue. We appreciate the help and the prompt assistance.

    We worked with Julia, Margi and Andrea for 2 loans, a checking and our daughters savings account. They were above and beyond helpful, informative and the best experience with a credit union or bank branch. Very very happy here. Always offered beverages and made sure we agreed with what steps to move forward with. So good with kids and making sure we made all the right choices. Another random bonus, Branch has a warm modern design to it.
