  I’ve been coming to this credit union for over 15 years, and honestly, they still treat me like I’m a complete stranger every time I walk in. The customer service has gone downhill badly. The employees seem unmotivated, the phone service is rude, and it feels like nobody is supervising or training the staff anymore. Back when GM was running things, this bank was excellent. People actually cared, the service was professional, and members felt appreciated. Now it feels sloppy and outdated. Even the bank cards look old-fashioned compared to what other banks and credit unions offer today. The worst part is every time you try to do something important — get a loan, ask for help, or even make certain deposits — the answer always seems to be “no.” There’s no effort to work with loyal members who have been there for years. I ended up going to Frankenmuth Credit Union, and the difference was night and day. Their customer service was on point, they treated me with respect, listened to my needs, and actually helped me get the loan and services I needed. Sadly, this federal credit union feels washed out now. After 15 years of loyalty, I expected much better treatment.

  Yes, pay my $9 Visa balance with my savings account....two $9 late fees later, you now owe $18 on a zero account. Last straw. Do not bank here.

  This has become a very rotten place to do your banking grossly under staffed a terrible place to business they need a new president who knows how to run a bank

  Have been a member since 1965. I have put up with high interest rates, now they are trying to make me put up with very poor customer service. They always have at least twelve customers on hold. The new website is horrible, can only get into bill payer once in a while. Time for a change.
