    They repeatedly take money out of the wrong account. Today I have a bounced ck. And I am called them and told them what happened. I transferred money into my acct to cover the ck, but IT STILL BOUNCED. I have no idea what to do about this situation since I HAVE NEVER BOUNCED A CK BEFORE!!!!!!!!!

    Both experiences here were fantastic, especially the over-the-phone service! As someone who is unfamiliar with the whole banking process, they helped me out tremendously and went out of their way! Michael and Kristy (? I believe.) really made the process much easier for me!
