It's actually funny that I have to ride out to the PNC in Bay City to get treated like a customer. I've had my account almost 10 years. What a joke. FYI the PNC on Lafayette in Bay Ciy Rocks!!

- VVvickiAug 20, 20223.0The ATM here is literal trash. I’ve never once been able to use the ATM to deposit cash/checks which is ridiculous in my opinion. Online banking is even worse. I’ve never had a bank where your transactions pend for as long as PNC pends transactions. I’d change banks over their mobile banking and pending transaction timeframe alone. I have had really great experiences with staff inside, kristy and Amy are both incredible alongside many others I’ve met.
