    This place sucks don’t recommend anyone to use this credit union there are more. Better places to bank at was given 10 extra days to pay on my truck and what do they do send a repossession company out. Have fun getting $20 a month. FYI they’ll approve loans for overvalued vehicles.

    Anne was great to work with. Very professional, polite and caring. Dow Credit Union has the greatest employees. So very glad that we joined that team.

    Kim/clerk needs a reality check on customer service not personable at all. I would recommend asking for a different clerk if you get her.Annette was nice in account service.
