Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel incredibly easy and straightforward. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident making decisions for my business. I was so impressed with the experience that I ended up opening two different accounts. As a local business owner, my schedule is always packed and my time is limited. Michelle was very conscious of that and did an amazing job keeping the process efficient while still making sure all of my questions were answered. I truly appreciated how respectful she was of my time. When I came back to open my second account, I had my daughter with me, and Michelle immediately offered coloring activities to keep her occupied. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience even more enjoyable. Not only was Michelle exceptional, but everyone I interacted with at the branch was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
