  We've been dealing with this bank for years. They've always been extremely professional and friendly and very very helpful. I couldn't recommend them more!

  If i could give this bank and -5 stars i would. One of the worst banks i have ever dealt with in my life. Took them 6 months to get me a debit card, kept getting promises upon promises and no one would ever contact me back about anything. Every time i would come in i would get an apology and a promise to fix it and not a single time has anyone EVER got back to me. Just now i check the account to find out i was charged for checks in October 2018 that a) i have never received b) were promised to me for free in October 2017 that i have yet to get as well.

  Homeless because of this bank. In the process of getting together application fees, etc for an apartment, to get out of the hotel I'm currently at, I called to enable the overdraft protection, first they told me I could overdraft up to 1000$ for month. This being said, I spend hotel rent money of apartment fees. Wasn't able to pull money out, next day I called and they said they would call me back when they figure out what happened. The bank closes without returning my call. I called corporate. They said they didn't see any requests for this to be done, but will forward a note to my home branch saying this wasn't the first time requesting it and assuring me they would get it dealt with ASAP. Next day comes, this bank calls and assured me I have up to 500$ available effective immediately. Today comes, (sunday). Nothing. No money to pay for the hotel. Bank closed. No one to call.. I clearly wouldn't have spent the money on the apartment shenanigans if I wasn't under the impression it would have me homeless.
