- TTTerry TimpfAug 21, 20261.0I've been banking with PNC for over 50 years now, since it was Bank of Commerce. Im sorry to say this branch is terrible. They are understaffed, unfriendly and seriously need a overhaul. I started with them when they opened a branch on Hall road. Then I moved to Monroe and banked at the branch on Telegraph road. The best branch ever! Everyone there was so friendly, called you by your first name, were gracious and caring. We so miss that branch and it's people. They treated you as friends not just another customer. Every time I walked into that bank the manager would wave to me. The tellers were friendly and always happy to see you. In Richmond they're like understaffed robots. Corporate and its rules have changed also and not for the better. Maybe that's the reason for employee attitudes. It's so sad to see.

They helped me with my banking needs to open a business account, very thorough explanation of how the account works and all types of perks that you obtain with the account as well as the opportunity to utilize many other services. Thanks so much for the great way you treat people.
