Unfortunately, on every visit the staff seemed unaware that I had an appointment and were not prepared to discuss the items on my agenda. On more than one occasion, I specifically booked time with a particular employee to complete certain transactions, traveled over 45 minutes, only to arrive and find that person was not even working that day. In addition, the level of professionalism in the branch has been disappointing. I have observed staff engaging in extended casual conversations in front of customers without offering assistance, sitting on desks or putting their feet up, which does not reflect the standard of service I expect from a financial institution. Overall, this has been one of the most unprofessional banking experiences I’ve had. As a result, I plan to move my accounts elsewhere once I establish a new banking relationship.
