  Had a really disappointing experience at this PNC branch today with the manager, Victoria. I was simply trying to get clarification after being told different information the day before and was met with a very dismissive and rude attitude. I decided I wasn't going to continue the interaction, said thank you, and walked away. As I was leaving, she continued speaking loudly, which I would consider yelling, at me from across the lobby, loud enough that everyone could hear, even after I told her I was done with the conversation. It was honestly embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I wasn't arguing or being disrespectful. I simply asked for clarification and chose to leave when I didn't appreciate how I was being spoken to. I would expect much better from someone in a management position.

  They will take money out monthly if you have under a certain amount in your account and that is actually BS!!!!! You’re stealing from me. Worst bank I’ve ever had.

  I had the pleasure of working with David at the Okemos branch of PNC bank for the second time during our home-buying process, and once again he was outstanding. David has an incredible amount of knowledge and guided us through everything with patience, professionalism, and kindness. Even on a very busy Friday morning, he made the entire process feel seamless and easy. He was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful process much more comfortable for us. We truly appreciate his expertise and positive attitude.
