David has an incredible amount of knowledge and guided us through everything with patience, professionalism, and kindness. Even on a very busy Friday morning, he made the entire process feel seamless and easy. He was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful process much more comfortable for us. We truly appreciate his expertise and positive attitude. - RERyan EhardtJan 6, 20265.0Fernando runs this branch extremely well. Every time I come in he is always going out of his way to assist the customers with whatever they need. All the tellers are also extremely good at their jobs and very personable. PNC has been my go to bank for over a decade for a reason and this branch is no exception. I am not sure why their rating is as low as it is on Google but I would say that is not a fair representation of the service and attention to detail these guys and gals in Okemos perform day in and day out. 5 stars in my book.

First, Julie — I’m not sure if she’s a teller or a banker — asked me to grab a pen and paper to write down the amount I wanted to withdraw while she was helping other customers. Then she questioned why I came to this branch for withdrawal today. Despite having my debit card, driver’s license, and account number, she asked me to write different signatures claiming that none of my signatures matched. Does anyone’s signature match perfectly every time? I hope they improve their customer service in near future.
