  I don't know if it's just plain incompetence or if I've been had but I open the bank account there. And after 3 months after a certain conditions were met I was supposed to get $300 deposited in the account. They helped us do everything we were supposed to do. When it was time to collect the money their tune changed and all of a sudden what we did was wrong. Meanwhile the whole time we were checking to make sure we did everything right and everything was going well. Even when I called them to find out why the money had not been deposited they told me I had done everything right. Incompetence at its finest. Do not waste your time with these people or this Bank go to any other bank branch but do not go here they will scam you. They're very nice to you they'll lie right to your face with a smile. They'll come up with a reason why how what you did isn't supported or accepted specifically we had to do a direct deposit we asked them does zelle count they said yes it does they helped us set it up they helped us do the transfer and we had asked them several times. It was only when the money didn't show up in my account that I started to question things I called and then their tune changed. Get everything in writing because it's a branch full of women who are incompetent. If you have an account there close it. It's not worth dealing with people who are shysters
