  Thomas was SO helpful, and SO kind! He even called to follow up with me the next week to make sure I received my new card in the mail, and to see if there was anything else I needed help with. 10/10 experience. Will only go see him from now on :-)

  Julia Brim, the Financial Center Manager for Flagstar Bank in Novi, runs a well personable and friendly office! I have known Julia for about 10 years and her caring nature always shines through, both professionally and personally. She truly takes an interest in all of her clients, assisting with all of their personal & business banking needs.
